The villa shares a private swimming pool with the other two family members, Villa Casita Carmelo and Villa Casita Susi and all are aimed at people requiring a relaxing break away from traffic jams, congestion charges and iPhone paparazzi.

Villa Casa Teresita consists of exquisite, fully-equipped kitchen, fridge- freezer, electric oven, toaster, microwave, gas hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher. Painted in soft washes it creates a perfect haven for culinary creativity and the first stop for the pulling of the cork ceremony.

Through the French doors to the terrace is the outside dining/breakfasting area, a couple of steps away from the fabulous, Cesar Manrique-inspired, 10mtr x 6mtr swimming pool with BBQ supplied on request.

Right next to the kitchen is the fully-fitted bathroom with tall walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, vanity unit etc. comfortable, roomy and the place to refresh after a gruelling day of doing very little.

The dining room is exquisite, spacious, very light yet intimate and cosy with the decoration providing a creative atmosphere for fine dining and relaxation. Taste, comfort, a remarkable way to finish a busy day.

Alongside the dining room is a very private terrace with sun all day. Even in the winter when the temperatures may be down a couple of degrees everywhere else, in this little hideaway it´ll be so hot and sunny, you´ll need double-strength Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses and a decent factor protection. A wonderful spot for breakfast, lunch or tea break.

From the dining room, through the enormous, 3-metre high double doors you´ll find the equally huge sitting room, comfortable, beautifully decorated with expansive windows to the south allowing the sunshine to pour in all day long. There is satellite tv and dvd player to continue the holiday pattern of taking it easy.

Further on through the inner garden is the absolutely yummy bedroom area with large, comfortable bed, gentle, sensitive lighting and indeed, the perfect place to end a lazy day by slipping under the duvet.
