 Casa Fina is a detached villa sitting in a perfect situation, five minutes stroll from the fantastic Play Blanca beach, bars, shops and restaurants. But at night, because it sits in a residential area, is a quiet as can be, perfect for sitting on the terrace at night, enjoying the inexpensive wines of Lanzarote. All the time marvelling at the wonderful, balmy temperatures of the sub-tropical Canary Islands, whilst chatting away to your friends or family.
On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with built-in cupboards, three bedrooms, one double and two twins, all with built-in cupboards and a full shower room, total comfort for six people.
Upstairs, there is the second bathroom, the kitchen with American bar and the sitting room, leading onto the large terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool. Adjacent to the sitting room, up some some steps is the dining room with large window also overlooking the pool.

Outside is the very good size, swimming pool (heating available, 50 pounds per week) with sunbathing area and built-in barbecue. Because the house faces south, the terrace and pool area are bathed in warm sunshine all day long.
