If you take a stroll in the village square in Haría, in the North of Lanzarote, chances are you will see a local man riding a bike. You might be wondering then, what’s so interesting about a man on a bike? He in fact builds his own bikes out of wood and metal.
His name is Manuel and he is a retired carpenter in his 60s who has combined his love of bikes with that of his profession, working with wood, creating some amazing designs.
He can be seen at the end of the town square standing proudly by his amazing creations as the locals look on in awe.
He has a great selection of hand made bikes, each one crafted with love and passion and each one is unique, truly museum quality.
